PAYMENT! WE NEVER, NEVER CHARGE YOU UNTIL YOU HAVE APPROVED YOUR EMAIL PROOF AND YOU TELL US TO!
We do ask for a payment method when you place the order, merely so we do not have to wait to get hold of you when you DO say to go ahead and print/ ship! If you are concerned...Use the "Check by Mail" method first...then later we can change it to your credit card if you wish. We do not charge you when you place the order.
PROOFS! We get many questions about proofs. The web page will not automatically display a proof...Instead we have professional artists who arrange the words for you. Our system is that we ask you to place an order.... On the order form there are boxes to enter your wording. We take care of all centering, punctuation, spacing etc. We just need the wording. Then that day or the next Week Day we will send you an email that will show you EXACTLY how your words will look on the card you have selected. After viewing the emailed image ....you may 1-reply to the email and say "APPROVED" or 2- Request ANY changes you wish made or 3- Cancel the order. Once again.... you are NOT CHARGED ANYTHING until we have received your say so- and are shipping your printed cards. We ask for a securely stored payment at the time of the order, so that your order is not delayed while we try to get hold of you for that payment information. ENTERING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO IS 100% secure and WE DO NOT CHARGE that card until you say to!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? Each card design states how soon we will ship. All product numbers starting with a " 1 " will ship no later than the next day (weekday) after you say to go ahead. Product numbers beginning with a " 2 " i.e. 20399 ship in 3 to 5 business days....This is a best guess on these particular"2 series" designs! We often are faster but it also can be a day or so longer. The shipping method you select determines how fast the order arrives after we ship. EVERYTHING goes by US Post Office. We have found this the most reliable way and half as expensive as other carriers. They also deliver on Saturdays. Please note that no more than when you mail a letter- can you "guarantee" arrival at a specific time...neither can we. However-virtually every package we ship arrives on timeor early.
DELAYS? First of all...there rarely are any! If there are- they come from the following reasons:
We send your email proof and you do not get it or possibly not see it. This is because we are all human and you may have mis-typed the email address. Also depending on the "Security" settings of your email...they sometimes are filtered to your trash, spam, junk or deleted folder. This is a particular problem with AOL and YAHOO.com. We almost always send the proof on time.....if you do not get it by late in the next day PLEASE Call us!!!! We will help you find it or re-send it.
Next most common reason is there is missing or conflicting info on the order and we need to ask you about it.
Sometimes Customers forget to send in the Approval. WE MUST GET AN APPROVAL TO PRINT/SHIP!
Then there is the occasional payment issue... in which case we will call and email you at once if there is a problem when we do print/charge/ship. Lastly - in 1 out of 200 orders- the Post Office is a day or so late on their commitments. This is of course out of our control.
